Our responsibilities

• Dog care first. Our top priority is reliable, high-quality dog care – providing for the well-being and safety of all dogs in our pack.
• Convenience second. Subject to the constraints of providing reliable high-quality dog care to every member of our pack, we also want to provide convenience and personal service for busy New Yorkers.
• Transparency. As a rule, we will proactively tell you what’s going on – including any problems. It’s how we’d like to be treated.

Your responsibilities

• Know your responsibilities. Do your part to help us care for your dog as outlined here. Ask if anything isn’t clear.
• Special requests. Remember that our top priority is providing reliable high-quality dog care to our entire pack, which means we can’t always say yes to every special request. When we can, we do!
• Talk to us! Feedback is always welcome, helping us know what we are doing right and where we need to improve.
