Our responsibilities

• The member website. Once you become a member, we will provide you with access to our member website.
• Features for your convenience and enjoyment. These include:  
  • live cam access whenever your dog is in house
  • ability to schedule, update, and cancel daycare and boarding visits for your dog
  • add authorized contacts to your account
  • view your account activity
  • view and manage your dog's punchcard and subscription information
  • view and update the vaccine records we have on file for your dog
  • ability to update your credit card information
• More to come! We are continuing to add features to the member website. Please do let us know if you have any suggestions!

Your responsibilities

• Update your information. Make sure we always have up-to-date vaccine records and credit card information.
• Manage your dog's visits. This includes cancelling in advance if you know you can't make it (both to free up a spot for another dog, as well as to avoid a no-show penalty fee).
• Concierge fee. If you can't or don't want to use the member website for updating your vaccination records and credit card information, we can do it for you for a $10 fee each time. This fee is to encourage you to help us by updating the information yourself.
