Baths and touch-ups

Our responsibilities

• Baths. We offer baths and touch-ups to all of our daycare and boarding members. However, we do not offer baths or touch-ups as standalone services.
  
• Stress or aggression. Should your dog present signs of stress or aggression during the baths or touch-ups, we will stop the service and inform you of the details.

Your responsibilities

• Book in advance. Since baths and touch-ups are a very popular service, we recommend booking in advance as much as possible for your best chances of securing your bath slot. While we'll do our best, we cannot always guarantee we can accommodate all bath requests on any given day. We will let you know if we can't get to your bath request so you can reschedule for another day.
• Inform us. Let us know of any health or behavioral issues associated with baths or touch-ups that your dog may have prior to us providing such service.
