Our responsibilities

• Confirmation email. You will receive an automated confirmation email of your reservation details. Please check and make sure to make any changes on the member website as needed.
• Pupdates! We provide daily email updates, including pics and how they ate, starting with the day after check in.

Your responsibilities

• Book in advance. Use our member website to book your dog's boarding visits as needed. Note that we do sometimes book up in advance, especially around weekends or holidays, and we cannot always accommodate last-minute requests.
• Things to bring. Just your dog and individually marked pre-portioned meal-size ziploc bags of food, and any supplements and medication required. Please do not bring bedding or toys. Please also label bags of food / medication with your dog's full name.
• Other relevant information. Please read other sections of this membership handbook that pertains to boarding, including feeding and medication instructions, and bath requests.
